Need a friendly activity, accessible to all and in a natural environment? Come discover our A'lez event! A canoe ride in the middle of nature to admire the fauna and flora of the site classified natura 2000. During this descent, our qualified instructors will accompany you throughout to bring you technical information and quality safety.
On the program: you will leave the base of Lavalette at 10am and arrive at the regional hotel around 3pm for a route of about 8 km. The lunch provided by the organization will be at the Méric Park in a climate of good atmosphere and sharing. Then see you on Saturday 20 May, 10 June and 8 July 2023 at the Occitanie tram stop at 9.30 am.

The 3MCK-UC organizes canoe adventure courses for children aged 8 to 14 during the summer! The program canoe kayak, stand up paddle, slackline, ultimate, descent of the Lez! From 9am to 5pm at the base of Lavalette, 1076 rue jean françois Breton, 34000 Montpellier! Bring a picnic and a change of clothes.
